The Python script BatchRunner.py calls CPCluster.py for each batch. CPCluster.py, in turn, is the Python wrapper around the compiled CPCluster.m file. The batch size is specified in BatchRunner (see below).
The command line for BatchRunner is the following (from a UNIX terminal):
: The location of the batch files created by CreateBatchFiles
: The queue for your cluster
: How many images will be analyzed in each set
: Whether to write DONE and OUT files (either “yes” or “no”)
: How long to wait in seconds before considering a submitted process to be dead
